How do I create an account?+
Download the MoBazar app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Tap "Sign Up" and create your account using your email address, Google, or Apple ID. Once registered, you can start browsing listings right away.
How do I list a product for sale?+
You need to be a registered seller to list products. Once approved, open the app, tap the "+" button, take photos of your product, add a title, description, and price, then publish. Your listing goes live in under 60 seconds.
How do I contact a seller?+
Tap the "Chat" button on any product listing to send the seller a direct message. You can ask questions, negotiate the price, and arrange a meetup — all within the app.
How do I report a problem with a listing?+
On the listing page, tap the menu icon and select “Report”. Choose the reason for your report and submit it. Our team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours. You can also email us at support@mobazar.mu.
Is MoBazar free to use?+
MoBazar is completely free for buyers — browse, message sellers, and purchase without any fees. For sellers, all features are free during our launch period. After the launch period, affordable subscription plans will be available.
How do I delete my account?+
To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to support@mobazar.mu from the email address linked to your account. Include “Delete my account” in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
